Tasmania’s Overland Track is famous the world over and our 5 day signature trip is a great way to experience it if you’re short on time.

We’ll walk the last three days of the Overland Track entering the Wilderness World Heritage Area via the Arm River Track through to Lake St Clair.

Embark on a fully guided, 42-kilometre adventure through Tasmania’s iconic wilderness to the shores of Lake St Clair—Australia’s deepest natural lake. Over five days, our signature experience immerses you in breathtaking landscapes, with the option to summit Mt Ossa, Tasmania’s highest peak, on Day 3.

Inclusions:

  • Return transfers between Red Feather Inn and the start/finish of the walk

  • Optional drop off at Launceston airport and central Launceston CBD on day 5

  • One night accommodation at Red Feather Inn (twin share)

  • Three nights accommodation in our privately owned Cradle Huts (twin share)

  • All meals and non-alcoholic beverages, plus a limited selection of local wines

  • National Park and Overland Track passes

  • Boat transfer across Lake St Clair

  • Use of a backpack and weather-proof jacket for the duration of the walk

  • Sleeping bags, pillows and a comfortable mattress at each hut. Sleeping sheet and pillowcase to carry with you

  • Two qualified guides for the duration of the walk

We highly recommend travel insurance.

All accommodation is twin share. If travelling solo or in an odd number group, we will ensure that the single guest will share with another guest of the same gender (if sharing is required). If a single supplement is required there will be an additional fee of 75% of the full per person walker rate. This needs to be stipulated at the time of booking.

Departures over Tasmanian Public Holidays will incur a $200 per person/ per departure non-commissionable fee.
